    井下裝載機出現發動機磨損嚴重的原因

    井下裝載機的使用環境相對惡劣,因此,在長時間的使用后就會引發各種各樣的問題,特別是對裝載機起著決定性作用的發動機。井下裝載機的發動機早期磨損是指發動機機在較短的使用時間內,由于主要運動副的磨損,使柴油機功率大幅度下降,油耗上升,以致使柴油機不能繼續工作的現象,柴油機早期磨損主要有以下原因:

The early wear of the diesel engine mainly has the following reasons:
    ①新機不經過磨合就大負荷運行。冷車起動后,應在小油門狀態下暖車3~5分鐘才能起步行車,起初運行時,應小負荷工作一段時間,待溫度升高后再大負荷作業。
    ① The new machine runs at a large load without running in. After the cold start, the vehicle shall be warmed up for 3 ~ 5 minutes under the condition of low throttle before starting.     ②空氣濾清器失效。

    ③使用保養不當,機油質量差。

    ④燃燒不良,使氣缸積炭過多。發動機剛起動后,機器溫度低,柴油燃燒不完全。此時,若加大油門,增加供油量,多余的沒燃燒柴油就會形成積炭,使發動機排放加劇。此外,多余的柴油還可能沿氣缸壁流入曲軸箱,影響氣缸壁潤滑,并會稀釋油底殼的機油,降低潤滑性能,減少發動機的使用壽命。  對于裝有廢氣渦輪增壓器的發動機,更應注意暖車。  如果起動后立即加大油門,渦輪的轉速升高,而機油來不及到達各潤滑部位表面,形不成良好潤滑,很容易產生渦輪轉軸卡死的現象,造成故障。
    ④ Poor combustion causes excessive carbon deposition in the cylinder. After the engine has just started, the temperature of the machine is low and the diesel combustion is incomplete. At this time, if the throttle is increased and the fuel supply is increased, the excess unburned diesel will form carbon deposits, which will aggravate the engine emissions. In addition, excess diesel may flow into the crankcase along the cylinder wall, affecting the lubrication of the cylinder wall, diluting the oil in the oil pan, reducing the lubrication performance and reducing the service life of the engine. For engines equipped with exhaust turbocharger, pay more attention to warming up. If you immediately increase the throttle after starting, the speed of the turbine will increase, and the oil will not reach the surface of each lubricating part before it can form a good lubrication, which is easy to cause the turbine shaft to be stuck and cause faults.
